Bigbasket I placed an order on 16 Aug 2016 with order no- DX-BBVO-14212562-160816 and opted for express delivery after paying full amount online but I got call from Bigbasket after 2 hours that your address is out of delivery area, I ordered from big basket 4 times already and got delivery at same place. When I explained this to big basket they said we will deliver your order tomorrow. I spoke to Rose, one of the supervisor on 17th and she said sir your order will be delivered today between 5pm-7pm and again order got delayed but now real story start, I received order from which 1 item was missing and no one informed me that and person who was delivering said you have pending Rs 106 but I have already paid full amount. Now today when I called big basket again for confirming why 1 item was missing they said sorry due to out of stock we were not able to deliver your product and said we will credit amount to your account, when I said I want to talk to supervisor she said rose is on leave and I waited for 10 mins on call for floor supervisor but bigbasket disconnected the call.
Big basket policy 10% refund if order is not delivered on time – 2 times order was not delivered on time
Big Basket policy 50% refund if order has some missing item – 1 item not delivered.
Now I have paid full amount received incomplete order and no information about same from Big basket .
Is this how you run your business? No one is free to talk to you everyday for 1 order.
