There are several aspects in my complaint – they are listed below in serial order. I am a BB customer for long and during this time I have witnessed their service declining – from bad to worst. Some details are given below.
1.Customer service – BB will never respond to your emails and feedbacks – rather they will take unilateral decisions to deceive and cheat you. A specific example is given below.
First issue – non-compliance to delivery date and time.
Order Number MKOVO-37517421-071217, placed on 11 Dec 2017 for Rs. 1520.00
At the time of placing my order, I found some items are unavailable and to make the final amount above Rs. 1500.00, as 10% was offered on it. I added some alternate items but after placing the order I found that delivery date and time has changed – although I already specified them.
2.Another example – Poor customer service, failure to delivery time and deceiving me illegally.
Order Number MKOVO-42862322-110318 for Rs. 1518.00
The delivery date and time were missed by them and BB made a telephone call – I agreed to reschedule on another slot and let me intimate through email.
The first issue – I got an SMS that my order has been canceled – no email reply.
Second issue – BB made another order of their own canceling the existing one, where they deducted two items – reducing the amount below 1500.00 and charging me with additional Rs. 152.00.
The third issue – the revised odder has not yet been delivered – who knows what more surprises are there
